Program Format
Every two weeks, you’ll watch one 30-minute recorded-for-PBS video seminar with the group during our Zoom watch party. Each seminar features one nutrition and one exercise habit, followed by lively group discussion. Zonya will facilitate goal-setting around these specific habit activities, using your Success Tools to guide you. It’s a wonderful way to step into a truly “healthy lifestyle.” You will never feel like you’re on a DIET!
Every other week, the whole group will meet together with Zonya via Zoom, where – live from her kitchen – she will demonstrate practical tips to SEAL the habits you are working on, give you inspiration to go the distance, and provide essential support to help you transform your health and your life. (Recipes she features will be her family favorites found in Lickety-Split Meals, with an emphasis on meals in under 30 minutes.)
And on the final night, you’ll celebrate with a cook-along. All participants will follow along with Zonya to cook the same recipes from Lickety-Split Meals from their own kitchens, for a fun and interactive way to celebrate all you’ve accomplished. If you’ve not yet done a cook-along with Zonya, you are in for a treat! This is when you realize that your habits around cooking easily have really expounded!
