Airport Survival: Metabolism Booster

I welcome opportunities to be on the road, because it means I am out speaking to audiences about what I LOVE!

But staying healthy while traveling requires something extra from me: resourcefulness. Take, for instance, this weird thing I did before flying the other day.

It was simple, yet got my heart pumping and my muscles working. And made my 4 hour flight bearable. (The negative effects of prolonged sitting, as you may know, are likened to those of smoking.)

You can be weird too. Just be mindful of security – they do an important job!
