In this 12-week Eat REAL Livestream Series, Zonya presents the evidence of REAL food for fighting disease and achieving your goal weight, and oh so deliciously! Each fun and informative  session includes pantry tours, advanced weight loss techniques, plus hands-on demonstrations of delicious, health-promoting recipes the whole family will love! Plus you’ll learn a series of core-strengthening exercises that will kick your metabolism into high gear.

And you won’t just be sitting around learning about better nutrition and cooking, you will be doing it! The last month features 4 cook-alongs. Say what? You heard that right! You will cook along from your kitchen with Zonya and everyone else in the class. Then you’ll sit and enjoy those meals together.
