Focus Group Description
If you are ready to set some goals (big or small), let this group help you stay on track and achieve them! Using the Eight DIET FREE Habits as our foundation, we’ll identify and strengthen those that need an extra boost, getting you fired up for a happy… healthy… and SUPPORTED summer!
We will meet eight times via Zoom every other Monday evening, May 10 – August 16, 2021. Upon registering, you will choose your time block: 7-8:15 pm or 8:15-9:30 pm (all times ET). Each 75 minute time slot will have up to 8 participants, ensuring each person has dedicated time to share and receive support.
There is also an exclusive private Facebook group for just the attendees of this committed focus group, extending the every-two-weeks of support to 24/7!
You will receive a recurring Zoom link that will work for each of the 8 meetings, and you will receive a reminder email around noon each day we meet. Each session will be recorded and shared with class registrants ONLY, for the purpose of “catching up” if you have to miss, or to rewatch for added support.
