What’s a Move-It Meetup?
Instead of just talking about moving more, you really WILL be. Every Thursday, Zonya will host a Move-It Meetup on Zoom featuring a favorite YouTube workout led by a variety of instructors. From chair exercises and yoga to strength training and more, you’ll have the chance to try new forms of movement in a supportive environment.
With your camera on or off, you’ll join the group as you step outside your comfort zone and discover what you’re capable of. Each week, your challenge will be to repeat the featured workout at least two more times on your own.
The goal? To overcome fitness fears and barriers, build consistency in every aspect of fitness, increase muscle, mobility, and metabolism, and experience the transformation that four months of regular movement can bring.
What’s a Cook-Along?
On the final night, you’ll celebrate with a cook-along.
