Marcia’s Story

I hit my goal of losing 30 pounds! It all started in March 2020 when we were all locked down.  I first joined Zonya’s Eat Real Food class and it was off to the races. I started making changes to get off of processed food and sugar. I had my ups and downs with the sugar monster throughout this time. I took most of the classes Zonya has given, learning more and more about eating real food. I joined the DIET FREE Deep Dive and everything fell into place.  I am also in Zonya’s Inner Circle group (which is available to any DIET FREE graduates) and it really drove me over the finish line to my goal. Zonya Foco and this group have really supported me in my weight loss journey. I am officially down 30 pounds, thank you Zonya for all the support and cheering me on to making my goal

Diets? I’ve done them all. I’ve lost and gained weight my whole life, so consider myself pretty knowledgeable on the subject of “what’s good and bad.”  But DIET FREE cleared up a lot of misconceptions about sustainable weight loss. I don’t have to give up all grains, or all sweets. Who knew? And now, 27 pounds later I feel amazing! My numbers are all good now too. These habits aren’t hard. They aren’t depriving. I can do this forever!
