Program Description

Developed by Registered Dietitian and celebrity nutritionist Zonya Foco, DIET FREE is a nutrition and fitness lifestyle program that teaches eight core habits – one at a time, for your maximum success. During this program, you will watch a series of ten 30-minute video seminars at your convenience online. In each seminar – recorded live from the stage for PBS – Zonya presents one nutrition and one fitness habit, plus a challenge to apply what you’ve learned… using your Success Tools to guide you.  You can also join Zonya’s private Facebook group for additional support.

Choose your group to see your program schedule and other delivery details!

Your DIET FREE program begins Friday, September 16, 2022!

Register by Tuesday, September 13.

On September 16, you will receive an email that provides the course URL, your login information, and instructions to complete your first video lesson.

You will then be paced through the program in 10 weeks, allowing one full week for you to adopt each of the Eight DIET FREE Habits.

Your program will run according to this schedule:

Meet with Karla in-person at Koch or via Zoom livestream to watch the video lessons and for group support and discussion.

Choose between two class times each week:

  • Every Monday, September 19 through November 14, at 6:00 – 7:00 pm
  • Every Thursday, September 22 through November 17, at 12:00 – 1:00 pm

Register by Thursday, September 28, 2023.

On October 3, you will receive an email that provides the course URL, your login information, and instructions to complete your first video lesson.

You will then be paced through the program in 10 weeks, allowing one full week for you to adopt each of the Eight DIET FREE Habits.

Then on Wednesdays at 4:00-4:45 pm, you will meet in-person with Teresa at Appleton North High School for group support and discussion about the habit you’ve been working on.
