Guilt-Free Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe

Is it possible to make a guilt-free, all-natural, no added sugar chocolate ice cream without a special ice cream maker? And in only 2 minutes? YES! And unlike traditional ice cream, the ingredients are teeming in potassium, magnesium and fiber, so it helps you trim down, lower blood pressure and cholesterol, deliciously!

Now it’s your turn to transform frozen bananas (and a few other simple ingredients) into one creamy, dreamy soft serve dessert!

Here’s the recipe:

Chocolate Cherry Banana “Nice” Cream

1. Add these ingredients to a food processor, blender or Ninja and blend until smooth (about 2 minutes)

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 3 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (unsweetened, or skim or soy, add 1-2 Tbsp more if desired)

2. Garnish with unsweetened shredded coconut, pecan pieces and/or cacao nibs, then serve and enjoy!
